Firstly my massage got cancelled due to maintenance which was quite annoying as we had the day booked off.So had to postpone a week later.
Then it nearly got cancelled again due to there being no female therapists that day.
When we got in the reception was on the phone for quite some time and didn't acknolwedge us so we were waiting around.We booked a spa day package yet we still had to pay for towels
The pool itself is used by hotel guests and was noisy and too busy.The jacuzzi took ages for the bubbles to come on and pool was quite cold.
The treatment rooms are about 1/2 a mile away and you have to walk through the public bar of the hotel, past reception and up 2 flights of stairs in your robes - it was embarrassing and undignified!!Why isn't it in the Spa area?
We didnt have change so we were going to be charged by card for lockers(£1 pp) however common sense prevailed when another male member of staff lent the money as it was only going to come back anyway.
The massage itself was quite nice & Emma was very helpful.
Shame the rest of the experience wasn't as good.
All in all not worth the money we spent. Didn't feel as luxury as the website made out it to be.

I would not go back to this spa again.
This is not a relaxing experience and is definitely not sumptuous as they claim on the website.

I visited the chamomile beauty spa for my gel manicure and pedicure also waxing for my holiday.
It was extremely clean and the room was gorgeous my therapist was professional and my nails were lovely.
I’ve rebooked for next month again
