Our dog Rosco was very well looked after. Staff seem genuinely caring. They took care of Rosco much better than the kennels we used in the past. There's a lot of space for outdoor play. Our two Jack Russell terriers, Molly and Jock, have just spent six days at Chalet kennels. This was their first holiday at this venue and they have come home happy and not showing any signs of stress. Would definitely recommend.

I have been leaving my dog with Chalet Kennels for a couple of years now: she is the most settled she's ever been. She used to come home subdued from previous places, but she is instantly herself when she comes back. She wags her tail when Debbie comes to pick her up and gets in the car happily. I don't feel guilty when I leave her as I know she is loved and gets plenty of affection and attention at Chalet Kennels. They remember little things about her and I know they look after her so well.Another dog sitter recommended them to me, who leaves her dog with them when she is away, and I would recommend them to anyone. I have been using Chalet Kennels over 3 years and I am extremely happy and satisfied. They have a very unique and professional service. My 2 dogs are always happy and clean when I collect them from the kennel. Staff is very friendly and professional. Chalet Kennels is like a boutique hotel with one to one service approach to each individual pet. My dog (a puggle) boards at this kennel several times a year, she is looked after extremely well and exercised regularly throughout the day. The kennels are lovely and clean and there is a wonderful outside area that is well kept where the dogs can play. My dog gets very excited and runs in when I take her there. The staff all know her and her quirky habits which tells me that she is well looked after! I would highly recommend these kennels. More...

We have been using chalet kennels for the last 8 years and have always been very happy with the care they have provided. We have a highly strung and anxious miniature poodle who does not respond well to change, but he never objects to being dropped off at chalet kennels. The staff cater for his exercise, medication and diet through out his stay. All in all highly recommended and we will happily continue to use the kennels. More...

Friendly, professional kennels with lovely staff. My two dogs have been to stay at Chalet Kennels twice this summer and each time the manager has gone to extra lengths to accommodate us and to give the dogs extra care. Our dog stayed here for the first time this summer having never stayed in a kennels before she went in a little nervous but on picking her up you could see she was very comfortable with the staff and her surroundings. The staff were great they all knew her characteristics and behaviours and described her to a tee. They are all very caring and I can tell she's had plenty of regular exercise whilst away and has been very well cared for. Wouldn't hesitate rebooking her here again. My dog boards here several times a year and positively bounds in! He is 11 years old now and has been going since he was about a year old. We have been using Chalet kennels for almost 2 years, our dog is happy to be there he is well cared for whilst there. All the staff are so friendly and kind. Grogie needs medicine and has some physical issues but this has never been a problem, he comes back happy content well fed and smelling lovely . We were concerned about putting Treacle our German Shepherd in to a kennels for the first time, however we didn't need to worry at all as she had a fantastic stay here at Chalet Kennels. You can tell the staff genuinely love animals and care individually for all the pets. Treacle had plenty of space and exercise and was clearly well looked after. We will be booking in again soon.
