Chalet was beautiful, but let me tell you Jamie is a Godsend. He has the most amazing way of helping you live out your dreams and vision. His creativity and knowledge of weddings of all sorts shows in the care, time, and effort he put into our wedding. We hired him as our day of coordinator (highly recommend) and our wedding went off without a hitch. He was smiling, kind, helpful, and most of all made the night so much fun! These guys (specifically Jamie and Doug) put this out of state bride at ease! They gave me the most beautiful centerpieces and made many suggestions to keep costs down and assist with the day of organization. Jamie at Chalet Floral was awesome. We told him our vision and he made everything possible. I even changed my mind in the last two weeks about floral centerpieces, and it was not a big deal. We also did a lot of our own decorations and assembled the centerpieces and made the ushers boutineers. Jamie worked as a partner to us and would give us advice on how to make it all flow. He is amazing and works hard to make your day special.

Jamie was amazing, and my wedding was perfect and beautiful because of him!! I gave him a few ideas of what I liked and the theme I was going for and he took over from there! The extra small details he puts into his work gives everything that WOW factor! The ceremony was pretty, our reception space was beautiful, and the flowers were gorgeous!! I still go back and look at pictures just to stare at my bouquet again! We also hired him to help coordinate our ceremony/reception. That was also money well spent! He helped keep everything going smoothly and had everything under control! My husband and I have said if we ever have another event to throw, we would hire Jamie again in a heartbeat!! More...

I've ordered flowers 2 times from here for delivery to my wife. She works in Muskegon... I do not. First time the rses were wilted within 3 days (stems bent over and wilted) I called and they delivered fresh ones the very next day... That lasted for 10 days with out any issue at all. 2nd time I ordered... Again... 3 days wilted bad. This time I called and the lady said I could bring them in and they would look at them and fix me up. I told her I don't work in Muskegon and she said if I wanted anything I would have to bring them in. I offered to send her pictures of them... She said I needed to bring them in. I just won't order flowers form them again.

The staff at Chalet Floral are amazing!! Jamie goes above and beyond for his brides and the quality of work that Chalet Floral does is unbeatable. My mom and I consulted with Jamie multiple times leading up to the wedding and we loved working with him. I loved working with Jamie. He brought up things that I would have never thought of or considered, like the wedding planner I never had! I had SOOOO many compliments on how beautiful both our ceremony and reception were decorated. He went over the top with the decor and it definitely made an impression with my guests. Jamie was a real pleasure to work with from the first day we met with him! I had a vision, but some logistical issues with the venue.
