Chad Biggs Event Planning is the best of the best! From the very beginning of the wedding planning process, they were always extremely helpful and attentive. Our planner was Janna Brown, who was just absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond on numerous occasions to help with our wedding planning (as well as SO many other things). She could always be reached via email, text, phone call and was extremely responsive and helpful! Our planner, Janna, with Chad Biggs Event Planning & Design was awesome! We initially hired Janna for day of coordination thinking that's all we needed. A few months before, we realized we needed more help and Janna stepped right up to the plate! Throughout the planning process, Janna was attentive, organized, thoughtful and super easy to work with. She even alleviated a difficult situation with previous planners/event space managers and made sure everything to do with our big day went smoothly! As my daughter’s wedding was only a week ago, we’re all still floating from the experience! I can’t tell you how much we enjoyed working with Chad and Janna. We first met with them when our venue was in the concept stage. Because of Chad’s vision and passion, we were willing to take a leap of faith. And we are SO glad we did! Due to a recent hurricane, we were forced to cancel 3 days before the original date. Chad and Janna jumped in immediately and helped us reschedule with all of our vendors. Chad and Daniel completely blew me away with our recent wedding. Their attention to detail was key and their creativity and design genius set our event apart from anything I had ever seen before. It was simply stunning and while I knew that Chad and Daniel understood my vision they also went above and beyond to make my dreams come true.

We did have some weather issues day of but Chad and Daniel had put the rain plan into action and the evening continued beautifully. We had to rearrange the order of events but I think this worked out so much better in the end because we got all of the dances, cake cutting, bouquet toss etc out of the way early in the night and people and people could just party the rest of the evening.

Chad and Daniel saw to every detail and made our day go smoothly without any major hitches (they couldn’t stop the rain but I didn’t expect them too either hahaha they are not weather Gods after all). I was so thankful for them throughout the entire planning process both for their knowledge vendors and their creativity. I would recommend Chad and Daniel to anyone in search of an amazing wedding planner who will over see your vision. We love you guys!!! More...

BEST DAY EVER!!! I now know exactly what that means!! My daughters wedding was everything we could have hoped for. Beautiful weather, all our special friends and family there, perfect venue and vendors, BUT we could not have seen our vision come true without Chad Biggs and Janna Brown! How did we get so lucky? Best decision we made! Honestly didn't quite know what a wedding planner did and now know they do EVERYTHING and more!!! We were blown away at their attention to detail and their professionalism. From our very first meeting where we discussed what we saw the wedding looking like, they listened and then went to work with suggestions, pictures, websites, songs, dances details we didn't even know existed! We laughed ALOT, got teary eyed and just had a ball with them! After our first meeting I finally took a deep breath and my daughter finally slept through the night! Miss them now that the wedding over! Chad is full of energy and passion for what he does. Janna is a calming force with patience and incredible insight for details and getting the job done. She texted me on wedding day and say "Hey Mama! Do you need anything"? I truly felt cared for!! I could claim her as my own!!! Although Chad and Janna have incredible experience, what they offer is not learned, it is instinct and a true passion for creating a wedding experience of your dreams. They went above and beyond with wedding day surprises! A wedding is a production with a 5 page timeline!!! It doesn't just happen!!! We were blessed that they were part of our day!!! There are basically no words to describe just how truly amazing our experience with Chad Biggs Event Planning & Design was. Daniel is a saint of a human being who went above and beyond for us in every possible way. Despite this being a busy time of year for weddings, we were made to feel so special and like our wedding was being put above all others (which let's face, it, is there a better feeling as a bride?). Daniel was so patient with me throughout every step of the way and was incredibly prompt in responding to any and all of my requests and questions. He always listened to me with purpose and by the time our wedding day rolled around I just knew my vision would be achieved- and then I was even more blown away by everything than I had even imagined! Our amazing client experience doesn't even begin to cover the amazing guest experience they facilitated! Everything about our day went so smoothly which just wouldn't have been possible without Chad, Daniel, and the amazing team they brought with them. Throughout the whole day Daniel knew exactly where everybody and everything needed to be and I didn't have to lift a finger because everything (everythinggg) had been taken care of! Chad Biggs allowed each part of the planning, engagement and our wedding day to be the most relaxing and stress free process. He worked through all of our ups and downs with poise, grace, kindness and understanding. He consistently supported our needs and understood each of our anxieties, regardless of how ridiculous they may have been! Chad was our "day of" planner, but he exceeded each and every expectation of what you would consider required for that role. He was a beyond wonderful help to my family throughout our engagement and communicated consistently with all of our vendors. Chad helped us work through each portion of the planning process as we changed vendors, negotiated terms and worked with our schedules. Chad and his team allowed our wedding day to run so smoothly and he handled minor hiccups quickly and without alarm. Chad Biggs and his team are so amazing at what they do, you'd almost be doing yourself a disservice to book with anyone else. That is not hyperbole. From the very first moment my wife and I met Chad, we knew we were dealing with next-level wedding planning. He kept in close contact with us every step of the way, with us rarely (if ever) hearing, "No, we can't do that." His main goal and desire is to facilitate YOUR perfect day, not his. My wife and her mother are extreme planners in every sense, and Chad was able to keep up with them and bring their stress levels down to a minimum. He met with us countless times, and never rushed our meetings or downplayed our concerns. And that is just referencing pre-wedding day planning. Day-of operations? Smooth. As. Silk. My wife and I never had to get anyone in line or remind them of their positions - Chad and his team handled it all. With an hour left at the reception, I was alerted to the fact our driver and the getaway car wouldn't be available. What did Chad do? HE DROVE US AWAY IN HIS CAR. Are you serious?!? That's going above and beyond his duties as a wedding planner, but that example epitomizes the service and dedication you'll get from him and his team. When we embarked on our journey to create a memorable wedding, my wife and I did not expect to find a friend and a TRUE professional in the business. Chad Biggs and his team have all of the expertise necessary to put together a spectacular ceremony and reception while allowing you to enjoy every second of the big day. While planning all of the details for our event, we felt like part of a team where all of our thoughts and interests were heard and things were completed VERY efficiently. Chad has the flexibility to allow whatever level of involvement you desire, and in our case we worked alongside him and used his expertise to create our vision for the wedding. Personally, Chad really cares about the service and final product that he delivers to a couple with great emphasis on the service.
