I found CG Photography by accident - I won a free newborn session at a local baby store. It was the happiest accident! I didn't realize it at the time, but Chaya takes the most beautiful newborn photographs that you will find. I've since seen many photographs from other photography studios and I've yet to find someone who can match the quality you get from CG Photography. It's tough to describe with words, but it's a combination of the perfect poses with the perfect photography angles and beautiful props that don't detract from the beauty of the baby. CG Photography is the MOST talented photography studio in LA!!!! ! I can't emphasize enough how professional our newborn session was. From the  unique color schemes, props, backgrounds, to the sound machine for the baby, everything was smooth from start to finish. Chaya captured  amazing precious moments, and somehow got a shot of our newborn smiling!!! ( What!!!! How?!!) Chaya was patient with our family and the baby's needs, when shooting our pictures. She encouraged us to take frequent breaks to let the baby feed, and or to be changed after making a poo. While she worked with our newborn, she carefully wore gloves to make sure her cold hands wouldn't disturb the baby. There was nothing she didn't anticipate working with our little family. She even had snacks for the parents while we watched her work. She was so professional in handling the baby, and placed him in positions that were strategic. She put a lot of thought into our session. She made sure we were happy with the colors, props, and outfits for the baby.  When I posted our pictures on social media, people could not get over all the photos, I still get compliments to this day!! I had my apprehensions about how on earth anyone could get our twin babies to look as cute as the photos Chaya posted on her site. It had to be doctored up right? Wrong. I swear she's a baby-whisperer or something. We came for photos and we left with knowledge. The way she truly cared for our little ones was beyond measure. And when we saw the final product - even this guy teared up. What Chaya can do is unmatched. Once in awhile you come across someone that's truly talented and that's Chaya Photography! Chaya is amazing! She photographed our preemie twins and captured the most beautiful images that we will cherish for a lifetime. As a first time mommy I panicked. I wanted a photographer asap to take pictures of their beautiful face before they grew. Within days Chaya was ready with all her props and cute headbands. We just received our album we are in awe from how beautiful it turned out! Not only did the pictures blow us away but the presentation! It came with white gloves!!! It was such a pleasure working with Chaya from CG Photography from start to finish. She spoke with us beforehand and sent us a detailed questionnaire to find out exactly what we wanted for our newborn twins' first photo shoot, down to color and pose preferences. I can't recommend Chaya enough! Â We did a newborn shoot with our boy/girl twins and I absolutely adore all of the photos. Â Our twins were premature and had a multiple week NICU stay but Chaya was incredibly flexible and supportive throughout with the scheduling of our shoot . Aside from the incredible pictures Chaya captured from our session (they are seriously gorgeous and I love them beyond words), this was such a special experience for my husband and me with our new baby. As a first time mom I didn't know what to expect, what to bring, what to wear, the list goes on and on. Chaya took the time to prep me before our session and as soon as I stepped into the studio everything was taken care of. Her adorable blankets and props came in every color, and Chaya was gentle and patient with the baby. Her attention to detail with each shot was absolutely reflected in the final product. It was a rare time for us as parents where we could sit back and just watch our little boy and enjoy the moment. When I look back at the pictures I see the memories of that day and his sweet little face and hands and feet being posed. I spent months trying to find a newborn photographer for our first born. There are many to choose from, but few that would produce the quality of work I wanted. I chose CG Photography because I loved Chaya's lighting and editing style. She is truly talented at her craft and had many techniques to keep our little one happy. When scheduling a shoot, the entire day is blocked off for you, so there's no rush to finish. We had to stop the shoot four times to nurse and Chaya and her staff were completely patient and understanding. The shoot lasted 4 to 5 hours, but could have gone longer, if needed. She works around the baby's schedule!Leading up to the shoot, Chaya sends out a questionnaire to get a feel for your style and how you want your images to look. When you arrive at the studio, she's already prepared with fabrics and props she's going to use. We even brought a few of our props, which she incorporated into the shoot. Chaya is completely open to hearing your ideas and is available to make suggestions if you're not sure where to start. I sent her samples of what I like and what I must-have and she was able to accommodate most of the list. Parents are free to move around and watch Chaya work. The studio is stocked with snacks and beverages and areas to keep parents comfortable. The finished product was beautiful! We bought the digitals because we had a hard time finding a few favorites - we loved them all! If digitals aren't your thing, she has a variety of products you can choose from - prints, albums, etc. Just a testament to how talented Chaya is: I didn't wear any make-up except for lipstick and almost didn't choose an image of myself with my little guy because of that. I ended up choosing an image with myself in it and so glad I did because Chaya was able to edit make-up on me (without being asked to do so)! She tastefully added blush, eye make-up, and foundation.
