Whether you are looking to loose weight, gain weight or just improve fitness LOOK NO FURTHER. I cannot recommend this guy highly enough. I have achieved things that I never would have imagined but would NEVER have been able to without the education, support and dedication that Chris gives to every single one of his clients. He pushes you to your limits as he believes in you and will do everything he can to help you achieve your goals. All this whilst having a bloody good time. I started with a PT and left with a friend!
You NEED this guy in your lives!! DO IT DO IT DO IT!!!!

I have been fortunate enough to train with Chris over the last two years. During that time I have lost over 5 stone, become stronger, fitter and more confident. Chris has encouraged me every step of the way with training programmes which have kept me interested and motivated. The highlight for me was deadlifting 120kg just a few weeks before my 60th birthday. If you are looking for a PT I can't recommend Chris highly enough. More...

I have trained with Chris almost two years now, I believe he is very experienced and committed trainer... I trained twice a week with Chris, I really enjoyed the variety and challenge he put into the training. .. Chris is focused on helping me achieve my goals and made it challenging and fun.... My fitness has increased. I've seen improvements in my fitness and healthier life style.... I always looked forward to my workouts, most importantly he ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries.... I trained with Chris for approximately 2 1/2 years and we only parted due to circumstance. Chris will make sure you achieve, whether your goal be weight loss, strength training or just improving your general fitness, provided you do as you're told! He pushes and encourages in a positive way and helped me do things I would never have believed possible. I miss our sessions, but through Chris's guidance I'm confident at holding my own in amongst the big boys in the weight training area!! I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Chris to anyone as I've seen the results both on a personal level and through others that he has trained. I am a personal trainer myself and I have been using Chris for the last 3 weeks and my mobility has improved significantly as Iv battled with Injury.

Dedicated his life to the education of himself and his clients. He has been able to personally see faults in form, hormone imbalance, and identifying weaknesses in nutrition processing.

From personal experience Chris gives it clean and blunt and motivates you with use of proof of his science over the body and personalises this by applying his knowledge to your own body and not a set standard.

His knowledge surpasses in his overall cover of how to get to your goals and in the best and safest way.
