I love my new training place. EVRRYONE is so nice it's amazing. You don't find that in S Florida. The other members even help you cause I'm new. They have showers and it's super clean. The teachers pay attention to you. It makes my day start of awesome. Ive trained for 40 years in 4 different sports and this program tops it. I pay $37.50 per week to go 7 days unlimmited . I have waited to long to write this review... and today, after almost one year, I can affirm that this is the best box I have been! Great coaches, their programing is fun, intense and rewarding... the large amount of classes every day make it easy to find something that fits your schedule. I could have not chosen a better place to start CrossFit for the first time. CFP9 has an environment that motivates an individual mentally and physically. All the instructors are dedicated and take their time to teach you the proper form and posively push you to do better. I recently moved east after living in Weston for 22 years. I was looking for a gym experience similar to what I was used to: a group experience that was challenging. I stumbled upon CFP9 and am glad I did. From the super clean and new facility, to the great ownership/trainers, to (the most important thing) the great people who also work out there. Awesome environment,awesome work outs,awesome people,awesome box.I've been coming to this place for a month and I'm seeing the results already,people who don't really appreciate a good work out can keep on wasting time and money going to a regular gym doing the same routine over and over (unless you really know what you're doing) and paying for expensive instructors who don't really care. The best Crossfit gym in Miami!PERIOD!
In case you wonder why I'm giving 5 stars:
1- The space: There are plenty of parking, lockers, super-clean box and brand new SHOWERS! Yes, that's right: They have SHOWERS inside the box!You can actually exercise early in the morning, take a good shower and go straight to work.
2- Staff: Very friendly and experienced coaches. The coaches are very patience with the beginners( uh!uh! like myself) and take their time to correct your posture/movement.
