CFL Renovations handled the buildout of our leased space for our new business, Signarama-Lake Mary. From the beginning to the end Chuck Semans, Travis, Bob and their entire crew handled the permitting and construction of our space professionally and with quality. I have nothing but high praise for CFL Renovations and Chuck! I got involved with another contractor on a whole house remodel with structural changes (3000 SF). My first contractor got through demo then could not complete the unexpected structural modifications and permitting needed to get the job started. After spending weeks searching for new contractor, we finally met Chuck. He stopped by within days of contact, reviewed the project and quickly came up with a plan to tackle the most complicated aspects of reconfiguring our kitchen and master bath - moving drain lines, supply lines, re-routing electrical, installing a load bearing steel beam, updating stair railing, permitting and so much more. I utilized CFL Renovations for an insurance restoration project. This included a full kitchen restoration. Chuck was extremely diligent and proactive in managing the project and worked closely with me in meeting deadlines. He assisted in the claim process with the insurance company in order to assist the insurance company in properly assessing the value of the property loss in order for the necessary renovations to be completed. We hired Chuck to assist with our extensive kitchen renovation after talking with several contractors including two well known companies. He was the only one who actually listened to what we wanted. From the planning stages to the finish, he was on top of the project. As with any project there were a few unexpected issues but nothing to delay or add to the cost. i WANT TO TAKE THE TIME TO TELL YOU ABOUT THIS CONTRACTOR AND HIS TEAM. They are professional, always try and respect your budget and come in below if at all possible. When they say they will do something they will. The team is great with communication and is always looking out for our interest and ALWAYS pulls permits. Chuck was very helpful to us when planning our rehab. He had creative solutions where others we spoke to did not and guided us to stay within our budget. He did not push us to do more than we could afford. It was through his professional expertise that we backed out of a property that would have been a disaster for us. Central Florida Renovation constructed 2 new homes and rehabbed a third for a Federal Grant Project our firm was administering in the Central Florida Area.
Contractor-Chuck Seman, Foreman- Cobie and all workers on the project worked great with the homeowners and did good quality work. I definitely recommend Central Florida Renovation.

I would highly recommend CFR for many reasons. They took care of a major home renovation for us, to include: gutting one bathroom and modifying three others, complete kitchen gut and remodel, replacing flooring in formal and dining room-- plus two bathrooms. Upgrading and replacing all lighting and painting the entire inside of our 3300 Sq ft home---including replacing doors. The crew were professional and sharp on every detail. I have worked with many contractors over the years but I must say Chuck Seaman is the most honest and sincere of all the others.
I had estimates from 4 contractors, CFL came in 21% less.
with all quality material and professionalism . Chuck provided many improvements on the plans and design I had paid an architect $2000 to provide. This convinced me of Chucks experience and on site supervision was superior to most contractors.
