My initial contact with them was very pleasant, professional and friendly, they are a small family firm that do great products at more affordable prices then their competitors. Where Cerberus really shines is when things go wrong (through my own fault).

Between the moment they came to measure the door and when they delivered the door I forgot that new flooring was being installed. When the door arrived it wouldn't fit (my mistake). The fitting team was extremely kind and tried every possible solution to make it work and finally did it. A job that should have taken them a couple of hours took most of the day, at no time did they say they would go back or that the builders need to fix it. They were extraordinary in their kindness and ability to help. I was so glad they had a van full of tools and equipment and the mentality to just get it done.

I can't recommend this firm enough, the door looks amazing, they were clean and efficient workers, great communication at all stages, polite and they truly went far beyond what was expected, even helped me secure a couple of benches to the floor. What could easily have turned into a nightmare turned out to be a real pleasure.

Ive made initial contact and had a telephone response within a few hours.
Site inspection and quote within 48 Hours. The quote was detailed and the gent very well versed with the product providing a number of options which were easy to understand and the cost for each option very clear.
Bespoke door manufactured and installed within a month of agreement .

Cerberus Doors provided a highly efficient and professional service from start to finish. Measurements were taken, design drawings produced and a detailed quotation provided within days of my approaching Cerberus (in contrast to some other door companies I contacted! ). The fitters were cheerful, polite and thoughtful and worked solidly from just after 8am to 6.30pm and cleared every scrap of rubble from the house and front garden. Cerberus Doors is one of the most professional companies I have dealt with.
From the first meeting at their showroom in Lee I was given excellent service and information about the products and which would be the most suitable for my purpose.
On placing my order I was given a schedule for production and fitting, to my surprise this schedule was improved upon and the door installed ahead of schedule.
The fitting was perfect first time and the door has been working perfectly ever since.

Cerberus is a great company. They were very attentive to my needs and were willing to answer my many questions that I had.
I ordered a front door and was liaising with a lady named Victoria. She replied to my many emails promptly and patiently.

I found Victoria and Cerberus Doors at the Ideal Home Show. I was looking for a good quality gate for the front of my property to replace the tatty old one. I couldn't have chosen better. It's stylish, easy to open and very secure. I can now unlatch the door with a press of a button from the house.

The service was excellent; they arranged to visit and measure for the bespoke fitting; a date was arrange for the actual work; on the day they were timely, and after it was all clean and tidy as they removed the old gate. I would definitely recommend them. More...

Door supplied was exactly has ordered, was of the highest quality and the service provided by Cerberus was excellent.
Slightly more expensive than the alternatives we looked at but certainly worth the extra.
This building in Bolton was featured on Channel 4s 'Grand Designs' programme in October 2016, the door received a lot of positive feed back both for its 'look' and for its security features.

Like everyone in this day and age we all want to feel secure in our own home
So it's worth spending on a good front door

I looked at all the wooden door options and compared to Cerberus Doors they are quite frankly not worth buying
I have a door that is made and designed to match my internal door styles /spray painted finish / bullit prof glass and a locking system that equals a bank vault -- nobodies getting through this door
The lovely Victoria at Cerberus gave me all the help I needed without any hard sell pressure -- but told me one sad thing - this door is gonna out last me -- and when they pull my house down in 50 years I bet the door and frame will be re-fitted into another property,
If I moved house the first thing I would do is get a Cerberus Door More...

We first saw Saulius and Lucus at the Ideal Home Exhibition in London in April and thought their garage doors were just what we needed. Cleaver idea of different size opening leaves to the doors really appealed.

They were great at showing us the features and gave us all the info. Next we were in touch with Victoria at their office who was very helpful and throughout administrated the whole arrangements really well.

When they came to fit our doors, Saulius was good enough to point out that the frame had a couple of small marks and he readily said they would fit it on the day but order a new one and come back to fit a perfect instalment, which they did a couple of weeks later. We appreciated his honesty -as some work men would have tried to just cover it up!

The doors are wonderful, all we could ask for and the whole process was completed efficiently and Saulius would only take full payment when the job was completed . We were totally happy with his work. They also cleared away all their rubbish. The garage is now warmer, lighter with the portholes and no longer draughty. Excellent job thank you.

I ordered the door and as said was about 5-6 weeks before installation.

A gentleman came round measured up and I paid 50%


On the phone I spoke to a nice lady called Victoria who was very polite and arranged everything.

The day of installation was wet windy and not nice at all, the guys turned up just after 09-00 and got stuck in to the job, they were both nice polite and hard working even with the weather so grim.

After completing the job they explained how to use the locks and handed over the keys in a sealed bag.

I am very pleased with the product and it looks superb, I can now go out knowing the front door is secure.

I just love my door!!! I had been looking for ages online and locally but could not find anything comparable to what Cerebus have to offer. The quality of the door is fab. We made an appointment for them to come and measure our doors to provide a quote, and this was also seemless. We are very pleased with the service from Cerberus Doors and delighted with our new security door. Dealing with Darius and his team was an extremely easy and straightforward process from from start to finish of the project. Various options were explored and all our enquiries were explained until the final product was designed and presented in easy to understand drawings. All communication was prompt and effectively dealt with and there were regular progress updates on the manufacturing of the door.

The installation process was faultless. The fitters arrived exactly on time and were very friendly and polite. They took great care to remove our existing door and its frame. This and all rubbish were taken away after installation. The new door was fitted within the estimated timeframe provided.
The quality and craftsmanship of the door is of the highest standard and surpasses any other door I have seen. Our neighbours are thorougly impressed and have expressed an interest in acquiring security doors for their own homes.

We had known similar products while living abroad, so we were very happy to come across Cerberus, based in Lewisham, who have worked to suit this product to the UK market. Our previous door was flimsy uPVC and had been a problem.

The team took good care and as much time as needed to go over the details in making our final choice. The drawings were good and there were enough options to explore. The team communicated well through the project. Installation took a day and we have had no teething issues. Already we’ve had enquiries from neighbours attracted by the wood detail and architraves and who are surprised when they learn it is covering a steel door. And last night a policeman friend of our was busy taking pictures of it!
