From start to finish, Banny Lim was so helpful. He supported us as we left our long time home to a rental town-home. We didn't want to sacrifice our standards and pay a lot more for it (kind of impossible). Anyway, Banny went at it like it was an easy challenge and near where we were. He took it down (A quality property) and got lower rents. You want to do business with this guy. Even though he didn't get paid much, he understood, you gotta "do what's right!" It all comes back. Traci Ethington !!! This is an agent with some real common sense and zeal. She has a great attitude, while also being very nice and friendly.
