Was having computer problems back in October and subsequently took it in to CentraTech Solutions for service. This company is TOP SHELF! !!! Their support after the sale is just as good as the original service. My advice, you may have tried the rest at various times but if you want your computer fixed for a very reasonable cost and want excellent follow-up service, call Centra Tech Solutions. I have had a lot of problems with my latest laptop. I wish I had returned it but its hard after all the work is done reloading it. Didnt want to do it twice... I have met so many crooks in the computer repair business in my many years online (with heavy activity) So to find guys like this is a treasure. They are KIND. They are HONEST. They are reasonably priced if not inexpensive. I pay $8.99 now for service and lately have run them ragged. LOL Had to wipe out my system and start over. Never did they rush me or do a less than spectacular job. Never once did they make me feel like I was bothering them. They are on Main Street Greensburg, Pa but they also work remotely which is wonderful. I have used these guys for quite awhile now and am beyond impressed and thankful to have found them. I shopped around and Computer Central has the best prices for computer service in the area. It's a small shop, but I kind of like that better. I can tell they care about me as a customer and I'm not just another source of income for them. The turn around time was great too. I dropped off my computer Monday evening and it was ready to be picked up the following day. When I got it home it was ran soo much better.
