Terrible. Did bad work. And would not answer the phone.

I have changed my review from below as he kindly came to sort it all out
as i said he did do a good job with the roof.

Had roof work done in burnley. agreed to a very reasonable price. roofs were cleaned but alot of the moss and dirty was transferred onto the lower conservatory roof which now looks a complete mess. happy to send pictures of this. said he would come round to do it but has not and then spoke aggressively to my wife over the phone. whats point if you clean one area only to dump it elsewhere. yes they kindly help clean the mess in the drive as a result from cleaning the roof (and we tipped him for this too). any joiner, builder they clean up the mess made from doing the job.
our excellent gardener cleans up after mowing the loan and trimming the bushes etc, the window cleaner is great, but this guy who did the roof i would never recommend him and I will take this to the council from the mess they have left on our conservatory. More...

I have changed my review to 1 star. Centramacadam started the job and were offered job by my neighbours too. there was still some remaining things to finish at mine and my neighbours and although many times I approached him, he kept saying he would finish these remaining jobs. He said same things to my daughter and my neighbours but then on my last phone conversation he told me that he had finished my job and I was cheeky and I would have to pay additional if I wanted the remaining stuffs done which was not the case. He just disappeared. Since we agreed for the job I have asked him so many times for a receipt but he never gave me, even told me he put it on Bark website. When I spoke to Bark Staff, I was told that this can be the case

When we left the work was finished and complete ,all cleaned up left spotless the job where with all pictures before and after . you recommeneded me to all 5 neighbours which the got the work done all finished and complete .you wanted me to do extra work for free because you got me a bit of extra work of your neighbours when I refused said no one can work for free you got offended and I did call you cheeky plus your neighbours wanted in extra but not wanting to pay.typicall again with the Asian community want everyjob doing for next to nothing then always come owt with the extras .the work is what we agreed .and what you payed for yes I refuse to do extra work for free unless you pay I will do the editional jobs you want doing

My 4 neighbours saw his work and all the 4 neighbours gave him the same job he did at mine
That says all about how reliable guy he is
