Proper cowboy outfit. Want money upfront for materials, then want the rest when the job's 'almost' complete, so you take it on trust as there's maybe an hours work left to do. You then can't get the job finished and when you look at what they 'have' done, it's of poor standard with gaps in the soffits that you can only see from certain angles. Disappointing, failed to complete the work. Has arranged to complete decking on 3 occasions and failed to turn up. Failed to put membrane under loose stone, which was paid for. I have been left out of pocket and need to employ someone else to complete the works. Would not recommend this company. Be very careful using this company! More...
