I had a major problem with my email platform, and consequently lost my entire email account. I called Central IT, never having used them before, they didn't rush me off the phone, and asked for some basic information to reply to me with some information. I took my PC to them where they were able to restore my entire email account, and even showed me how to restore it myself should it ever happen again. Friendly and knowledgeable staff who seem to ask the right questions to identify the problem with my laptop. They backed up my laptop before working on it in case they experienced problems which gave me peace of mind as I use this for work. They kept me informed as to the current state of repair and made some additional recommendations to increase the current lifespan.
