I dropped my phone on my way to a hairdressers appointment and the screen was destroyed - the hairdresser recommended The Device Lab. I took it the next day and within half an hour had a new screen with a screen protector included. Excellent service. A few weeks later, my son wanted a screen protector for his new Samsung phone - Device Lab didn't have one but said to buy it online and he would put it on. I took my IPhone X in to cell tech to have my screen repaired, left it with them whilst a grabbed a coffee, it was fixed and working perfectly in no time. I brought my sons phone into CellTech on a Saturday as it had a smashed screen. The screen was replaced within the hour. Unfortunately it developed a secondary fault. I contacted them via Facebook and was called back within 10 mins. And this was after 6pm when they where closed. Due to the urgency of the repair CellTech arranged for an engineer to meet me at their shop on a Sunday. They resolved the issue, again within the hour. More...

Couldn’t recommend this place enough!! Had a nightmare this morning and dropped my phone which lead to the screen popping out and my phone bending! I rang Celltech and the guy told me to come in whenever and he would have a go at fixing it! I went in and this lovely man had my phone fixed in 10 MINUTES!!! Such good customer service, I would definitely come back if I have any more problems!! Thankyou so much! Took my smashed screen in, the guys replaced it for 65 for a non apple screen they also gave me option of a real apple screen for 85 I went for the cheap one. Can't recommend them enough! They did a great job repairing my phone screen and then replaced the battery the following week when the part arrived in stock. In the meantime the phone stopped working. They tried to fix it as we thought it could be a firmware issue but I conceded that the phone had finally had it. They offered to try another new battery in case this was the problem or refund me the money for the parts I had previously bought. Everyone there was very helpful and friendly. It's not the first time I've been there and won't be the last.I'd give them 6 stars if I could! More...
