I don't give reviews too often, but this time I can't say no. I have known Edit Gabor for over 10 years on a nonprofessional level, but watched her learn the real estate trade from the sidelines, so to speak. She has been always very friendly, bubbly and professional in everything she did. When it was time for her to fly solo, I didn't hesitate to ask her to list my property. I knew she will do her utmost to sell it in a very short time line. Her professional showed from the very start. Setting up the contract, taking pictures, paying detail to everything. It wasn't above her to pick up a broom to tidy up the rooms to put it in the best possible light and condition. Her keen eye proved rite in selling the townhouse in just a short week. Her upbeat and positive attitude is a definite plus. She hammered out the best price for the contract and she was always there to give a good suggestion when it was needed. I never had to wait for her to get back to me, she was the ultimate professional. Not just in the wheeling & dealing stage, but to work well with others in the field. Agents, contractors, inspectors, appraisals and title companies loved to work with her. Her work ethics and professionalism is valued by everyone who comes to know her. "My husband and I were looking to sell our home that we lived in for the past 20 years. I was referred to "The SHAH of Miami". He and his team was excellent. He sold our house for above listing price and it took less than 45 days. I loved the fact that SHAH had a strong internal team i think over 200 + real estate agents. FCR is the best company to work with! Aram is fantastic, very responsive and attentive with his agents he has a great personallity. He answers my questions faster than my old broker who used to charge me a 50% split. The office staff is very nice also. It does not make any sense to give away 20% 30% or 40% of your hard earned commisions eventually everyone will head this way. I have friends in the biz trying to recruit me to go with the national big names but they do not have a compelling reason why. Super happy with Florida Cap! More...

When i first got my license I was sold on the training and the pep-rally's by a big franchise that i rather not say. It was good for the first 3 months until i saw 50% of my pay got taken away. I made the switch to Florida Capital and literally doubled my income on their 100 percent commission plan.
