I'm recommending Dr.zubby herbla home to everyone who has been diagnosed with herpes simplex virus to get the cure from him. I was diagnosed with genital herpes in 2021 and I have been searching and asking questions to see if I could get something to cure this disease because I did not believe what the doctors say that there is no cure yet. So as some one who frequents this place…I am going to try to be balanced here. The food is really good when you get it. Sort of a running joke. We just had the worst dinner ever. By far. Clearly Understaffed. Clearly don’t care how that impacts the bottom line. 3+ hour dinner. Multiple mistakes. First Manager blamed server and kitchen. Bad form given I know this place it is systemically slow. Not a one time thing …just worse than normal. Tried to take the 3 cheapest meals off the check. We had a second chat with her after a missing dinner took 30 min to show up…and she was more obnoxious. I am very patient with restaurants but I got pretty vocal with her she was so bad. After it all a 2nd manager Lisa who could not have been nicer tried to control the damage. We appreciated the effort but frankly…the good food and staff left hanging in the wind isn’t worth it. The service at Atkinson Country Club has been a neighborhood joke for years. However, tonight was especially ridiculous. It took 45 minutes for our first drink to arrive and about 3 hours for our meals. And one meal never arrived until we were paying our check and getting ready to leave. When we approached the manager to discuss the situation, she threw our waitress, the kitchen staff, and the bartenders under the bus. Completely blamed them and made excuses instead of apologizing or attempting to be kind. Our waitress was lovely, it was not her fault. I will not go back. After years of being patient and laughing it off, the inappropriate response of the manager has left me speechless and I will not go back. More...

I wouldn't recommend this venue for a wedding. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. As a fellow business owner, integrity and doing right by your client are staples of a good business. This venue took our money, and couldn't perform our wedding as agreed due to Covid. They are forcing us to go through small claims court to seek a refund after having an interest free loan on our money for over a year. This company has caused financial as well as emotional strain for my family and I. My hope is so save the next person from trusting them with their business, or better yet for Atkinson Country Club to learn from this mistake and never put another client though this. More...

What do you love most about your job?
Helping clients achieve the look they are shooting for within the parameters of their budget expectations and selections. We enjoy offering a broad variety of flowers and excel at creating the desire look., our reputation speaks for us.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My business has evolved in many ways over the years. Initially I imagined a garden center that offered a diverse selection of plants and garden products in an under served segment of the market. My background is a BS degree in Plant and Soil sciences. I put a small used refrigerator in the store in 1980 to capture small bouquet sales for those that wanted a bunch of flowers. I had never worked in a retail flower shop so I wasn't limited in my selections and offered more unusual flowers. Needless to say it caught on and fresh flowers account for 65% of our yearly sales. We are in the top 10 percent of flower shops in the USA.

We pay attention to what they are looking for and have been very successful at meeting just about all the expectations that people have of us in terms of design, freshness,colors and budget.
