How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
Having a healthy diet is the most important part of our health. Most of our diseases comes from our dietary choices. If you change your eating habits you will have a healthier body.
What do you love most about your job?
That my clients get to experience changes on their blood work, on their body and on their energy levels with only food choices.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have practiced medicine in argentina and also did medical research at Columbia University and noticed that i had to learn more about nutrition because most of our patients needed help and standard medicine was not really doing a big change.
I studied a Masters in Nutrition, then got certified as a Plant Based counselor and then became a Health coach.
Why should our clients choose you?
Because I love what I do and enjoy helping people. Because when you start a program with me you will not be alone, we will do it together.
