This Y is clean and tidy with well trained, friendly staff. They offer tons of spin and cardio classes, treadmills, bikes, rowers, elipticals and other cardio equipment, a full weight training area and an indoor track. There is a pool, a sauna and a steamroom, family friendly changing rooms which are separate from the adult changing rooms, hangout areas with coffee and tea, wifi access, and large gym areas. There are before and after care school programs, swim lessons, a swim team, basketball programs, pickleball and HIIT classes and yoga offered by certified teachers at all different levels from chair to power every day of the week. Always enjoy going to the Y. My only complaint is there doesn't seem to be enough parking space on Saturday mornings. It's crowded other days too but Saturday a m. seems the worst. Maybe there's too much going on on a Saturday morning at the YI don't think enough thought has been put into scheduling events. All parking lots are full. Great/up-to-date ymca, with a pool, a main gym, a track, an exercising room, a daycare and even a library branch. Relatively quiet in evening close at 9pm.

This is a very nice branch of the YMCA. Clean pool and lots of great programs. The locker rooms are a little worse for the wear but they get a lot of use.

I see the comments people leave and complain about it smelling like urine and being crowded with kids, but after all it is a gym. People do sweat and the YMCA is a place designed to keep kids out of trouble and in a safe environment. Staff is usually pretty friendly and makes sure that everyone gets to play even if the guns are crowded (won't allow full court games or same teams twice if others are waiting to play) and treat everyone fairly. Staff do a good job of keeping the facility clean as well. Never used the pool but I've never heard anyone complain of it. 4/5 for me. More...

The gym does get crowded during "peak" hours. There are kids everywhere b/c it so odvious it's a family friendly environment. The staff are pretty cool . And the exercise rooms are always clean. I don't suggest that the hot tub needs more cleaning. Never tried the pool. N my kids enjoy going. More...

I used to work upstairs so it was very convenient. It's smaller then most gyms in the area but very nice equipment. No pool in this location.
