Carmela did our family photo shoot in July. She was so patient with me as I sent her several different locations to look at. My part of the family is from out of state and she made sure the communication was fast and responsive. Our pictures turned out absolutely beautiful! I should have written his review sooner but never found the time. Today I opened a package containing an ornament with our family picture on it and a hand written card thanking me for my business. This is the kind of customer service you dream about! I was so touched by her thoughtfulness. Oh and did I mentioned she did our photo shoot just days before having a baby in extreme temperatures? I am just so impressed!!! Thank you Carmela. I wish I could send everyone I know to New Mexico for their pictures. More...
