What makes a great website?
A great website isn't about the "bells and whistles", it's about presenting information to all visitors in ways which are clear, easy to understand, and easy to find, regardless of whether they're visiting on their laptop, tablet or phone.

What do you love most about your job?
Being able to help our clients and educate them about what's on offer in the digital world. Every day is an opportunity for us to learn something new and share it with our customers, helping them to improve their businesses.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I decided I didn't want to be part of a large company having worked for a couple in the 1990s and, with the advent of the internet and the web, it seemed like a great time to start doing my own thing and helping people with these, then, new tools.
