I had an unpleasant experience with this contractor. He worked 2 days out of the agreed 10days and disappeared, I have been unable to reach him on the phone and he has not replied subsequent mail, very unprofessional. He was paid the agreed 20% deposit to secure the job/materials and I haven't seen or heard from him. So disappointed. More...
