CB Cuisine is a personal chef service providing custom-tailored, curated in-home dining experiences and prepared meals for busy individuals and families in the Los Angeles area. I specialize in weekly prepared meals that not only properly fuel your body, but taste incredible, and custom-tailored, private dinner parties up to 25 people. My mission is to bring the spirit of your event to life, nourish you with fresh, personalized meals, be your guide in the art of cooking and ultimately, be the one you turn to for all things around the table. I work only with the freshest ingredients from the farmers market and local market, allowing the seasons to influence the ingredients I use to capture them at the height of their flavor, and source only from purveyors who provide humanely raised meat out of respect for the animals' welfare. What’s your signature dish?
I specialize in modern American/fusion cuisine with a strong emphasis on presentation. Every dish I develop is specific to the client and event at hand, but if there was one dish that represented my style, it would be: Braised Short Rib I Smoked Potato Puree I Charred Cabbage Steak I Pickled Shimeji Mushroom.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I design all menus based on the client and the event at hand. It all boils down to, "What are you looking to accomplish with the event?" And from there, through conversations we have regarding your style and food preferences, I develop a menu.
What do you love most about your job?
Living in California, we have access to amazingly fresh, vibrant ingredients, which is so exciting from a creative and sensory aspect. Ultimately, my passion is being able to cook for my clients - whether that be for a private dinner or weekly meal prep - but knowing that I'm putting fresh ingredients on the plate makes it all the more satisfying.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After training in one of the top restaurants in the country, I decided to cook privately because the whole reason I got into cooking was centered not just around the food, but the people being cooked for. Cooking privately allows me to do that - to interact and work with you from start to finish, custom-tailoring everything to bring your event to life.

2. I approach every event individually. Therefore you will never find a set menu being presented to you. My menus are always custom-tailored to you and your event. By working this way, I feel I am able to fully encompass and bring to life the spirit of your special occasion and provide you with an experience that is truly personalized and special.
3. I work with only the freshest seasonal ingredients. By allowing the seasons to influence the ingredients I use, I am able to capture them at the height of their flavor. All ingredients are hand-picked by me from the local market and farmers market.
4. I only source humanely-treated animals. I source only from purveyors whom I trust and know treat their animals humanely, out of respect for the animals' welfare.

HOW IT WORKS WE SPEAK - I feel it's important to get to know each other, so we'll have an initial conversation where I learn about you and your food preferences, what you're looking to accomplish with your special occasion, and answer any questions you might have. I DESIGN - Following our initial conversation, I develop a menu custom-tailored to you and your event. I PREPARE - Though some of the food is prepared ahead of time, the majority of food is prepared on site, in front of you and your guests. YOU ENJOY - I'm here to take the stress of planning, shopping, cooking and cleaning off your plate so you can enjoy.
In-Home Personal Chef Service
-Weekly personalized meals tailored specifically to your taste buds- HOW IT WORKS YOU CHOOSE - Following our initial conversation where I learn about you and your food preferences, I develop a custom-tailored menu of fresh, nutritious meals for breakfast, lunch and/or dinner for you and your family each week. I PREPARE - On a previously agreed upon day, I prepare your meals in your kitchen, using only the freshest ingredients from the local market and farmers market. Each meal is stored in a custom 100% BPA-free and recyclable plastic container with the contents and re-heating instructions and is neatly arranged in your refrigerator. Once I'm finished, I clean up and leave your kitchen sparkling clean. YOU ENJOY - All of my meals are easily re-heated in under 5 minutes for you and your family to enjoy in the comfort of your own home. SAVE MONEY - SAVE TIME - TREAT YOUR BODY RIGHT
