Mark, Pete & the team have just completed a new bay window extension at the front of our house and we are thrilled with the results! They've done an excellent job, both inside and out, leaving everything clean and tidy at the end of the job. This isn't their first job for us- a few years ago they knocked through our kitchen/dining room, supplied & fitted a new kitchen, created a utility room and fitted a downstairs shower & toilet. These guys built a huge kitchen and garage extension for us. The design we wanted had a really complicated roofline as we are a corner plot - and they planned and calculated so we could have what we wanted and it really is brilliant! They are reliable and polite and even dress as elves if your build carries on over Christmas!! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use them again. More...

We have used this company twice in the last few years! We have always found them very friendly and professional They advised us when we only had a rough idea of what we wanted (re wardrobes). They have replaced all internal doors and made good floor boards and electrical sockets left by other 'tradesmen'! They left the site clean & tidy every day and also removed all rubbish at the end of the job! We had Mark, Pete and the team at our property over Chistmas & New Year installing new windows to the front of our house and adding a pitched roof over our old leaky bay window & garage. They provided a quotation swiftly offering advice on the best way go about the project.

The cost was considerably cheeper than the other companies we'd had round, so much so that we accepted the quotation and requested that they completed some additional internal works for our living room supplying new oak glazed doors and new skirting boards all round, and new plaster to our chimney breast.

Overall C.B Building and Joinery provided a top quality workmanship at a reasonable cost.
