They're very caring and great with your pets. My dog was on Long term medication which was quite expensive but they would write me a prescription so that I could order it from a pet pharmacy on line - which saved me a fair amount of money every month. Really thoughtful people x

We sadly had to have our bengal Hartley put to sleep this week, it has been an emotional week to say the least. But the veterinary team at cavans have been fantastic. Hartley was a very aggressive cat, but it wasn't a problem for the team he was dealt with professionally and considerately even though he was always in a bad mood. We want to thank you for everything you did for him and the care you continue to give to our remaining cats. Today we received a card from you all sending condolences for our loss. Brought my french bulldog to be spayed here today after previously bringing my 2 jack russells to be neutered. The most affordable by far but without lacking professionalism. I have been using Cavan since my cat was diagnosed with diabetes in 2015, Stuart and the team at Willenhall have been wonderful in supporting us with understanding & controlling the diabetes. The Vet nurses at Willenhall are so lovely & genuinely care about the animals. We’ve had a couple of scares along the way & again due to the care of the team we’re still going strong. The staff are very caring and understanding and always try their best to fit you in for an emergency.We saw the vet Jeremy, he is so kind, thoughtful and patient, and although appointments may run over he's well worth the wait, you can tell he truly loves animals and really goes the extra mile to help them and their owners. The waiting room is very hot and stuffy in the summer months even with the door open, I've heard a rumour they might be moving, AC would be great!! More...

After taking my cat to vets for pets following a broken tooth I paid £103 for the initial appointment and was then quoted £300-£450 for his actual dental treatment planned for the next day. After speaking to a family member that works at Cavan, they quoted me a fraction of that cost for the same work! As we know, insurances won’t cover dental costs so this was a massive help! My Percy had 5 teeth removed and some remaining roots and is fighting fit this morning!! Absolutely amazing service, I would highly recommend Cavan to anyone!!
