I was extremely HAPPY when we chose Cavalier Builders to renovate our two bathrooms and powder room. He was very articulate, prompt and professional at all aspects of the work. This included engaging excellent workmen, clearance with our condo requirements, top material and cordial relationship. While we designed and chose the material, he guided us and executed the job to our desired objectives. Yet again, David and Cavalier Builders have helped to save my sanity. We had a pipe with a pinhole leak that was pouring water down our kitchen wall. David came and investigated it and sent Javier over who had to systematically dismantle the outside wall which. After the leak was fixed, Javier proceeded to put the wall back together such that you can't tell the wall was ever taken apart!

They completed four small projects--including replacing an old back-splash in our kitchen as well as repairing our cracked patio concrete--in two days. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend David and his team to anyone looking for a remodel. Cavalier replaced our kitchen floor, countertops, and painted the cabinets and our whole condo. Pricing was reasonable and upfront and communication was good throughout the project. They rushed to get our bedrooms painted right before we moved in so we wouldn't be inconvenienced, and his team also worked on a holiday. Had several house projects completed by Cavalier. Highly recommend them. David was terrific from start to finish. There was no interruption in the plan. The workers came every day. At the end of the day I was informed who would be coming in the morning and at what time. Popcorn was removed from cathedral ceiling, ceilings and walls painted, carpet removed, laminate installed and two bathrooms remodeled. David coordinated the painters, plumbers, shower basin installer, tile guy, floor installers and electrician to be here at the right times. He listened to my desires for house flooring and bathroom/shower tiles. Then brought samples, which were perfect. The work on the bathrooms was staggered so one was always available. We remodeled our bathroom with Cavalier Builders after taking bids from six contractors that had high rankings from Yelp and Angie's List. Cavalier was second lowest, but I was impressed by co-owner Sharon Moshe and his many reviews were positive and credible. Sharon estimated three weeks and that's what it took. The demo took two days and they did a good job setting down paper and sheeting to protect the rest of the house. The electrical and plumbing subs were all competent and arrived on time. Felix with his brother, Marcelo, assisting did the tile work (a lot of difficult mosaic) as well as the carpentry. Felix is a real craftsman with a terrific work ethic- really a special guy. All the workmen seemed to respect Sharon and that made for a good work environment. Much better and probably cheaper than me trying to contract it myself. Totally satisfied and would use them again. Cavalier Builders helped complete my dream bathroom this spring. Given the spacial limitations I had, Sharon helped me visualize and create a great aesthetic and functional room. He was very patient as I weighed the decisions of what materials I wanted to use, and offered pros and cons for various choices along the way. The crew was very friendly and careful in my home. I appreciated how much emphasis they placed on small details to make sure nothing was missed.
