I had Cathy cater our wedding this past Saturday and we had a Buffet style dinner for 34 people and let me just say... it was AWESOME. I honestly didn't expect much considering it was buffet and I feel like anytime food is done in mass quantities it just isn't that good but this was THE BEST. Literally everyone raves about the food and desserts!!! We had the manicotti, tenderloin, chicken Picatta (my faveee), spring rolls, mashed potatoes, veggies, and then an assortment of amazing treats including yummy moist brownies, mini banana nut cupcakes with peanut butter frosting, mini cheesecakes...I'm getting hungry just thinking about it all. The best part was that we had a bunch of leftovers to feed us for the week!!! Ugh I couldn't have been happier with her. Cathy’s catered my wedding! They did a fantastic job! The food was absolutely delicious! There was not one bad thing, everyone talked about how good the food was and went back for more! The shrimp cocktail were huge! The cake was so moist and delicious!! The staff were awesome!! They took care of everything kept my kitchen clean and neat and just catered to my husband and I and all of our guest!!! I can’t say enough good things!! Cathy's catered our wedding for 72 people. Renee was the head chef at our wedding and did an outstanding job! A very special thank you to her for going above and beyond! She made sure that we had appetizers in the kitchen when we arrived and drinks before we were announced to our guests. She also took the lead communicating with our DJ to make sure announcements were made about the meal and dessert being served. The food was amazing! The feedback I got from our guests was fantastic. The food was served buffet style. We chose to do mini cupcakes for dessert in about 10 different flavors and our guests loved them! We got to take home extra food at the end of the night as well. Brain was our bartender and he also was very friendly and did a great job as at our venue we had to supply all the drinks and alcohol. Throughout the night I asked him if we still had enough and he gave me the run down of what we had left which was a relief for me! Cathy had a day and a half to pull together a luncheon for 55. The chicken picante was fabulous, as was the carved beef shoulder loin roast. Everything was in order when we arrived and she had two servers (one to slice the roast) so I didn't have to worry about a thing. When I need a caterer again, I will be using her. Kudos to Cathy. We were happy to partake of Cathy’s St Patrick’s Day menu. We have plans for each day so Thursday was our only opportunity. The soup was the best soup have had so far this year, our entrees were tasty and enough for lunch today, and the dessert rocked our world. Our daughter and son in laws celebration of marriage On May 21st at Barn Swallow Farm was catered by Cathy's Catering.I have to say the service was impeccable by Cathy's staff. Renee was watching over the staff and the young adults who worked the party were all VERY Professional!The linens, china& tableware were set Beautifully on the tables.We had NO STRESS whatsoever throughout the party.Which was AMAZING ,for us to truly ENJOY the party as the hosts! Now when it comes to the DELICIOUS food...it was exactly what I prayed for. AMAZING, DELICIOUS and BEAUTIFULLY presented to our guests. EVERYONE was Raving about the appetizers ,main course and desserts! Cathy and her assts. are AMAZING chefs...DON'T look anywhere else! Cathy's catered my wedding reception at the Banana Factory in Bethlehem, PA. The food was awesome. Everyone loved it. Not one complaint. It was better than I had imagined it would be. It was perfect food for our perfect day. This place rocks! No nonsense service. Do yourself a favor though and have a pretty good idea of what you want on your menu and everything will go smooth as silk. Was in and out of there in less than an hour and had my whole menu ready to go. Had a quote the next day. They even worked with me on the price a little bit to help fit my budget.
