After 20 years of experience teaching exercise classes and training clients in different environments, accumulating education, knowledge, and equipment, I have decided to start my own coaching and training business. I have a unique approach to fitness programming in that I coach sustainability and long-term results, not quick fixes or anything "extreme."

People experience the greatest, most lasting results working with a trainer they like and trust. When you hire me as your trainer, you actually get ME! You will not be "handed off" to someone else, which frequently happens with larger facilities. As my client, you will find that I truly care about you and your goals, and will do everything I can to provide the motivation, accountability, and support that you need!
