We are a full service catering company that offers a variety of cuisines - Italian, Colombian, Cuban, Asian, BBQ, Southern and Vegetarian- as well as, servers, bartenders, photographers and DJ’s. We pride ourselves on providing excellent service by listening to our clients needs, using the freshest ingredients in our dishes and charging reasonable prices. What’s your signature dish?
Wow, that’s a hard one! We have several...I’d have to say Riceballs, Chicken Parmigiana, Sancocho, Flan and our Assorted Gourmet Sugar Cookies are our top five.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We want to get it right the first time. You are putting your special day or important event in our hands. We talk to our clients and get their preferences down to the last detail. We work with our clients on pricing to make sure we provide an excellent product for the most reasonable price.
What do you love most about your job?
That’s an easy one...seeing the smiles on clients faces when they and their guests taste our food or when a client tells us how successfully the event went. We love meeting new people and being a part of their special celebrations!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I’ve always loved to cook. Growing up in Brooklyn in an Italian family you couldn’t really avoid it! I love making people happy with food. Friends and family always asked me to cook dinners and special events for them, so in 2012, I decided to begin doing what I love as a side business. At the time, I worked for a local hospital running their retail food operation and as a Dietitian. In 2015 when I was let go, my catering business went into full-time mode. And I’ve never been happier!
Why should our clients choose you?
Because the food is great, we go the extra mile in every aspect ( literally and figuratively!), and we genuinely care about making an event the best it can be. We are not a fancy restaurant or big chain. We are a small, local catering company (that travels to Staten Island, PA and All of NJ) that cooks simple, delicious food.
