if you need to go threw a temp service for work I will always recomend Catawba valley staffing in morganton best temp service ive ever worked for in my life. such nice people an they really are there for their employees. I got put into the hospital for over a month an they sure did not only put me back to work when I got out but called an checked up on me every week. such good people im serious. I ended up getting hired full time at the company i was at an six months later everyone's hrs got cut way day I went back to Catawba valley staffing for a second job on days I was cut short I sure did leave with a job. I had never used a temp agency before but Charlotte was absolutely amazing! She found me a job the same day! Which was a perfect fit! I would absolutely recommend Catawba Valley Staffing to anyone looking for employment. All of the staff here are so kind and helpful and they genuinely care about their clients. I suggest going to talk to them for any type of career change or question in general! I hate that the area I have moved to doesn't have a CVS that i can get help finding a new job. Surprised to see any negative reviews for this company at all. I worked for them off and on for around 10-12 years and absolutely loved every aspect, mostly the owner and all the office staff. They were always professional and courteous. The pay was commiserate with my degree and experience. On the rare occasion that I had a concern, it was handled quickly. I don’t typically leave reviews for companies because reviews are often solicited, and many companies pressure their employees, family members, and friends to give falsely inflated 5 star reviews.
