I initially found Catalyst Law online using Google search and decided to contact the company having read numerous 5-star reviews. I required legal assistance to recover a substantial, long-standing personal debt based on a gentleman's handshake, for which I had no written loan agreement in place (needless to say, I've learned a very important and hard lesson as a consequence). From the outset, Jane's professionalism and obvious experience gave me confidence that I was in capable hands. Both the process and realistic chances of achieving a favourable outcome were clearly explained to me. All costs were agreed in advance and I was advised as to the most appropriate course of action to take, even though other firms could easily have persuaded me to follow a more expensive legal route. Jane guided me calmly and efficiently every step of the way. I was delighted to recover the debt and court costs in full and have since used the fixed fee services of Catalyst Law to draw up a personal loan agreement with a second debtor, who has now also settled their debt in full with no court involvement necessary. I found this company through a Google search when looking for some help with a consumer issue and as they had good reviews i made contact with them on 11th November 2019, they replied by e-mail and asked me for further info such as full name and address etc, i replied on the same day. On the 14th November 2019 i chased them for an update as i had not heard anything, got a reply on the 15th November 2019 telling me that the solicitor who initially considers consumer disputes is currently out of the office and i was asked to provide photographic evidence of my issue which i did on 17th November 2019, since then nothing, no phone calls, no e-mails. I used Catalyst Law to provide advice and represent me in the County Court in a case against a supplier who had paid the wrong person the money he owed me. Jane provided excellent advice and the case was resolved in my favour.
