Mary takes wonderful care of my cat while I'm away. She was very thorough in gathering information about my cat's needs and sent me updates every day, which puts my mind at ease. My cat is always nervous around new people, but Mary went out of her way to check my cat's favorite hiding spots to make sure she was ok, and by the second day my cat was coming out to greet Mary! I am new to the Philly area and was very nervous to find a new pet sitter/dog walker, but meeting Mary put me at ease! She if very professional and also very friendly. She was thorough in our Meet and Greet, which I appreciated. She was also patient with me in all of my details and concerns about my dog Barry. I myself am also a professional pet sitter, so I have very high expectations when it comes to who takes care of my pup. Rest assured, Mary is the right person for the job! We hadn't had much experience with cat/pet sitters before, and Mary exceeded every one of our expectations! She is friendly, reliable, flexible and affordable. She's the perfect sitter for both low-maintenance and high-maintenance pets. Her pre-care visit is incredibly thorough, and she addresses important issues and questions we probably would not have otherwise considered. Our cat, Louis, is generally anxious and has a difficult time with new people. Given his history, we were concerned about leaving him with a sitter. However, Mary knew just how to handle him, and she and Louis hit it off right away. We've used her several times now, and highly recommend trying her out during your next trip. You won't regret it! Mary is the woman you need to care for your special family member--your pet! Mary boarded our 19 year old cat, Milo, and provided him with quality and loving care he required as a diabetic old guy. No longer able to stay home alone, we luckily found Mary who put our mind at ease during our vacation.
