A few years ago, I was at Caspian Kabob and the chef told me that he was listed in Ottawa Citizen by having the best Eggplant dish. Truly, I wasn't surprised because of his creations are so tasty. My favourite is Joojeh Kabob (Checken Kabob). I think he has a secret recipe for this dish. It was incredible!! I ordered some more and brought them home and my kids loved it as well. Awesome food. One of my friends is Persian and he said the food is as good as he gets back home. One thing to note though is the portions are large so I recommend doing half rice and half salad unless you are a very big eater.

This was my first time having Persian food and it was delicious! Tried a few different dishes and loved them all, they were cooked perfectly. The hostess was very sweet and gave her recommendations on what to try, and she couldn't have been more right!The restaurant has a great setting with enjoyable Persian music and artwork. I took my Mom and daughter for lunch. We ordered the chicken skewer and minced meat beef kabob with rice, and the tomato cucumber salad . The portions were big and the food was delicious! The only thing I suggest to them is that they should provide proper dinner plates for each person and cutlery. The lady who owns and runs the restaurant was very pleasant.
