I had a lovely lunch date with my one year old son here yesterday. He enjoyed playing in the little play area, making me a coffee and serving me ice cream while we waited for our food. Had another lovely visit to this gem of a coffee shop in Otley today. My eldest girl has now worked her way through every flavour of ice cream declaring them all her 'favourite' (and they really are amazing). The kids corner is a fab idea and gets well used. Lovely atmosphere, lovely service, great value, amazing cake and delicious coffee.... What more could you want?! More...

We had such a lovely lunch at Casa Vitae and were made to feel so welcome - nothing was too much trouble. It's not always the case with a baby and a toddler! Great kids corner and plenty of room for the pram so you don't feel in the way. Love the decor and chilled, friendly atmosphere. I had a tasty sandwich and cuppa. We'll be back to try the cakes! Lovely cafe. Claire and Paul are so welcoming and the coffee and cakes are wonderful. The little children's table with wooden ice creams and coffee table keep my almost 3 year old entertained for ages! Ice creams are also very tasty.
As things become more established would be good to see some child friendly lunch snacks-simple cheese sandwich, beans on toast, hummus perhaps?
And maybe one day there might be waffles too Guilty pleasure I'm afraid!
Also had a beautiful bouquet of flowers from here.

We called in to have a coffee on Saturday. We were greeted in a very friendly fashion & served quickly.
The tea was proper Yorkshire leaf tea in a super glass tea pot. The coffee was also very tasty. My husband had a piece of carrot cake which he said was delicious. On complimenting the owner, we were told it was made by one of his regular customers.
Several customers came in after us & were greeted by name & knowledge of their favourite tipples! This is a good sign I feel.
We also noticed they had won an award for "Best new business in Otley". We heartily agree with that & look forward to our next visit. More...

We walked by this beautiful cafe and instantly wanted to go in! it looks so lovely and cosy that you feel welcome instantly! We ate sandwiches and had a tasty brownie with some ice cream afterwards! everything tasted really fresh and good!
The best part about our stay was the really nice conversation we had with the owners of the cafe! I can only suggest you to go there an experience the wonderful atmosphere yourself! More...

Went to this lovely cafe for the first time for my friends birthday. We had exclusive use of it & it was amazing. The food was lovely & plentiful. We had afternoon tea & the staff were so attentive & couldnt do enough for us. Even making my fussy other half different sandwiches as they overheard he didnt like the ones they had made & made fussy me to die for hot chocolate as I dont like coffee & tea. We'll be back. We’ve just had a gorgeous lunch here. Delicious fresh food and lovely service! The owners really looked after us paying extra attention to little Freddie (baby) who was very grumpy on arrival but soon smiling when the lady brought him some cucumber to chomp on! � highly recommend here x

Amazing cafe in Otley! Florist and gallery too, really friendly relaxed vibe and perfect for catching up with friends. They are always so friendly and welcoming and serve great team coffee, sandwiches, ice cream and cakes! There is even a little area for kids to do some colouring. Had lunch here a couple of weeks ago with my cousin and our little ones and been meaning to write a review as it was so lovely - the owners really made you feel special and were lovely to the kids.
