I've just had my first experience of Carter &a Shields and I'm in love! The shop itself is beautifully presented and so clean and cool. Seats are so comfortable and the offer of a variety of drinks including a glass of wine is always welcome � Elle did an amazing job on my hair bringing it back to life with a lovely long layered cut. Having not had my hair done in a salon since having my little girl for about a year, was an absolute treat to visit carter&shields. Glass of Prosecco upon arrival lovely head massage very friendly and professional ladies. I'm a bit of a beginner when it comes to proper hair care, but I've been to Carter&Shields twice now and each time they've been amazing! From talking through styling tips with my hair (curly, straight, wavy and ringlets - always a challenge) to then transforming it with an amazing cut, they made me feel super at ease and were great. Today I got my haircut by Kelly, it's absolutely fab, after a year or so not having it cut its definitely worth the train fare to get it cut, everyone was really professional and friendly perfect salon to go to when you need to chill and enjoy getting your haircut.
