I first took my car to this garage in June 2018 - they were FANTASTIC; unfortunately I broke down on the M42 and was towed back to Worcester. when they investigated my car it was the engine; they advised me because I had only purchased it 4 months ago from a trader that the trader was responsible for repairing the car. This saved me 3.5k; I thank them VERY MUCH for being so honest and helpful. this just proves that they consider the customers and do not rip people off like so many other garages.
