I went from having necessary dental work to going here for regular dental care. From the wonderful service I always receive at the front desk to the dentist that carefully explains why he does the work he does. I don't feel gouged by price here and I now plan my checkups here throughout the year. We are a family of 4 and even the kids are confident to get in the chair so really I cant say a bad word about this practice.

My new grills are the BEST!!! ive never been happy with my teeth, gaps and not white or straight. Now I got so many compliments thanks to my new veneers. They look so natural people don't know that ive had them and think that my teeth are perfect by themselves. Highly recommend. Only ever had good experiences at this clinic. All the staff were so lovely and accommodating to me. I have limited mobility and nothing was an issue for them. I broke my front tooth and called Carrum Downs Dental Care and straight away they got me in and the receptionist was very lovely and understanding . Had an implant done here recently and I couldn’t have been more impressed. Felt really cared for throughout the whole procedure. So happy i found this clinic! i was in agony with a tooth, they fit me straight in, the girl who answered the phone was so lovely and caring. My dentist was amazing too, had my treatment done with no pain. Im now coming back to get my veneers that ive always wanted done. Yay! A trip to the dentist thats actually a pleasure. My dentist was lovely and I didn't feel a thing. I hadn't been to a dentist for a few years and went to one locally. Was told i needed 7 teeth fixed mainly with crowns and was going to cost me more than $10,000. Came to Carrum Downs Dental Care and found out i didn't need that many teeth fixed, most were fillings and just one crown. Plus the crown was $350 cheaper at Carrum Downs. I'm a GP and was looking for a new dentist, luckily found Dr Fady, have seen him twice twice. He has been a very caring, trustworthy dentist with very good bedside manners.

I have been attending this clinic for some time now, I tend to move around to find a good dentist, one that knows that their patients don't like being hurt. I find Queenie so gentle and she encourages me, telling me that I am doing well, she also lets you stop for a rest if needed. I have had no problems with the dental work I have had at this clinic.
I called the practice recently with a question I had and found the manager to be very helpful explaining the answer and the reason why for and why not to me.
Last but by no mean least the staff are friendly and SMILE

Gap Free Routine Dental Check with many private insurance providers. Mine was Medibank. Also did an xray for a tooth nerve issue and was out of pocket less than $10.
