Carrie took some amazing photos of our family recently. The pictures she took, and the time and care she spent in processing them has resulted in a family photo session that is more than just pictures, they are family keepsakes and beautiful art for us! She was extremely professional from booking, to planning our shoot, to working with all our crazy kids (we have 5) during the photo session, all the way through to the processing and delivery of our photos. A lot of her pictures displayed are single models or couples; I was a bit nervous about doing a family session with our 5 crazy little one (all 7 and under); but I loved all her work I seen so we decided to hire her. I was blown away by how amazing she was with the kids, and how talented she was at getting them to show their best looks for the camera. So, despite a portfolio a little light on big family sessions, I can assure you she is an expert with families as well! I couldn't be more happy with this investment I've made in capturing a glimpse into our family's life. She isn't the cheapest photographer around; but once you get your pictures back, you'll understand why (if you have any appreciation for the work and talent that's required to produce what you get); and its 100% worth it. This photographer is spectacular there's no other word for it before and after pregnancy pictures that she did with my last two great grandkids were unbelievably great! I actually cried with the first set she did it was so beautiful all in a white flowing gown she was really pregnant and there was a horse it just looks so cool. Working with Carrie was such an incredible and amazing experience. I did a pin up photo shoot with Carrie and before we did the shoot, I asked Carrie if she thought I could pull this off. In my mind I was thinking I did not have the “right” body shape (whatever that is) and as much as I do not like to admit this, perhaps I was a little too old for this type of shoot. When Carrie said “Absolutely”, at that moment, I knew if she had confidence in me, well then, I needed confidence in myself as well! It has always been a dream of mine to model and even though I am not a model, I loved the way Carrie made me feel like I was a model. I had the time of my life doing the pin up shoot. I really appreciated Carrie’s guidance in getting me into a pose that she saw in her mind; she would literally do the pose so that I could see what she was wanting and then talked me through it. It helped tremendously as well to have an atmosphere with Carrie where I was able to relax, trust, and just enjoy the moment and the results of the photos were proof of this. I have already talked to Carrie about future ideas for upcoming shoots and I have referred her to my friends for their family photos. There really are not enough good things to say about Carrie. She has an absolute amazing soul, making photography fun with her outgoing personality. Carrie took pictures of both me and my daughter while she was visiting in Las Vegas. We were beyond thrilled with the outcome. She made a simple day in the desert look beyond vibrant. The Las Vegas desert was turned into the perfect location for our mother daughter pictures. She was not afraid to get down in the dirt to get the perfect picture and created miracle photographs out of the most simple things. Carrie just has that eye for photography.
