Carpet First did a great job cleaning our carpet. They provided a prompt, reliable and very efficient service. The cleaner they sent was trustworthy and did an excellent job leaving my carpet spotless and dry. He utilised the carpet dry cleaning method due to the specific fibers. When he finished with the cleaning, all the stains and furniture marks were removed and the carpet smelled really nice. I was very pleased with the carpet cleaning service provided by this company. The cleaner came on time, was very thorough and did a great job. Though my carpet did not appear filthy and dull, after the cleaning was completed, it looked, smelled and felt better. It was like brand new! CarpetFirst did an excellent job. I spilled red wine on my brand new white carpet. I looked for a local carpet cleaning company and decided to book the service with CarpetFirst. Their cleaner showed up on time and completely removed that nasty stain. At first I thought the stain would appear after my carpet dries, but it has not returned and the carpet looks fantastic months later. CarpetFirst has helped us to restore the beauty of our nearly ruined black-and-white carpet when last week our son spilt a few drops of ketchup onto it. I guess it wouldn’t be a big deal if the spillage was dropped onto any of the black areas of the carpet, but unfortunately it was one of the white areas. Of course I tried to get rid of the stain myself, but I was only able to remove some of the excess ketchup and smudged the rest. I tried to clean the stain by applying some of the basic household cleaners that we kept at home but, no matter how hard I rubbed and wiped the carpet, the stain was still there… just faded. We contacted CarpetFirst and, after explaining the source of my problem, their customer care operative has ensured me that the stain could be removed but more efficient methods and equipment should be used. So I booked a one-time cleaning for our carpet and their cleaning operative really did a great job, cleaning our brand new carpet. By applying some special cleaning detergents and using a powerful steaming machine, he managed to entirely remove the nasty ketchup stain. More...

Very good service, I had a VERY DIFFICULT stain which they came and cleaned once, it dissappeared almost entirely but not completely (also it was a bit smelly), so they came back free of charge to reclean it and it's now completely gone!
