Never met such an honest person. Booked to have my carpet cleaned today, and was advised that I didn’t need it. I was worried about doggy smell, advised that my carpets are clean and what to use to help with the not very noticeable smell. The gentle man came this morning he was very polite very honest that he may not be able to work miracles on my carpets as they was so bad But he did a amazing job carpet looks fantastic if you ask me he must work miracles he was amazing about moving things as I'm heavily pregnant really fair price for the work he does 110% be using him again in the future already recommended him to others carpets have been left looking pretty much brand new and smell amazing If you need your carpets cleaning this is the man to use 5stars from us in the stewart household

I had Ed booked in for a clean for an end of tenancy house move. He was incredibly friendly and honest upon arrival stating that the carpets were that old and worn that they really wouldn't benefit from a clean. I attempted to get this past Pooks who weren't having it unfortunately, so Ed proceeded to continue the job i had hired him for. He was efficient and effective with his work and the carpets looked and smelt 10x better afterwards. Booked with ed via email around a month and a half before I needed my carpets cleaned, swift reply all booked in to a date and time that suited my needs. Emailed a few days before to confirm time and date, again replied straight away (which was fabulous service for a sunday!). Arrived this morning right on time, unloaded his van and cracked on with the job. Ed was fantastic, he came in and had a look around, firstly said the carpets weren’t that bad and probably didn’t need doing; but i insisted that after potty and puppy training i’d like them done for peace of mind before our new sofa arrives (loved that he was happy to save me money rather than automatically cleaning them to make himself some). Whilst cleaning the carpets he was lovely and chatty, especially with my inquisitive 2 and a half year old little girl who kept asking him questions and showing him her toys! Really couldn’t have asked for a nicer guy to come into our home. Around an hour and a half after arriving Ed had finished the carpets (living room, landing, hallway and stairs), within minutes they were dry and smelling and looking so much fresher! I honestly wouldn’t hesitate to ask Ed to come and clean our carpets or furniture again. He was friendly, professional, excellent and affordable! Thanks for doing a great job for us! More...
