Oh my word. I've experienced plenty of Carousel Catering events and food. Nothing short of AMAZING!!! Some of my favorites include: the onion souffle, Tex Mex bean dip, BBQ ribs, stuffed quesadillas, wings, soups, caprice toast. .. Everything I've tasted so far. Hands down you will enjoy. Amazing Chef and the food speaks for itself. More...
