New convenient location! It has easy parking and is super clean. The staff is very friendly. I have brought my daughter to see Doctor Clement for her vision check ups and would not trust her with anyone else! They have the latest technology! Dr. Clement and his staff was AMAZING. My fiance came in at 2pm for a LASIK consultation. They explained everything and eased all of his concerns. They discussed options and price was great so we did it same day. While he waited for the machine to warm up, I upsold myself and got Botox. Literally the only place I've been where it didn't hurt. Dr. Clement was so sweet, and gentle with both procedures. He explained everything that was happening very thorough so my fiance knew what was happening during the procedure. They even walked over our prescription to the Walgreens that was literally right next door so that was super convenient. They even gave us some kind of card that saved us almost $200 on the prescription since we didn't have insurance for the procedure. I've been going to Dr. Clement's office for years! And I've never had a complaint! Dr. Clement did my LASIK eye surgery over 10 years ago and it was the best investment I've ever made! !! I absolutely love not having to wear glasses. And he did a great job; he is very knowledgeable and I felt very secure with him doing my surgery! My whole family goes to Carolina Eye Center and just today my mother and I went to the Spa for her appointment for a Microdermabrasion treatment. The staff was very nice and patient with my mother, especially since she was a little nervous about the procedure. The esthetician had a great disposition and very friendly. She explained everything that she was going to do before hand and allowed my mother time to process everything. This specific treatment lasted about 20 minutes to complete, but this did not include the prep time of numbing the face! So overall, it was about 30-45 minutes to complete from start to finish. I was very happy with how the staff treated us, I even considered signing up for their membership to get some work done myself. I've been going to see Lisa for almost 2 years now and she is AWESOME. She's very knowledgeable and very friendly. Great esthetician, great office and friendly helpful staff. I was there for two appointments on my first visit. I was greeted upon signing in. The sitting room decor isn't fancy or modern as I would have liked or am accustomed to considering it's also a spa. Dr.Clement is a knowledgeable ophthalmologist. He was kind and patient during my consultation for LASIK. My second appointment was for Botox. I'm very pleased with Dr. Clement's technique. I was able to get the results I wanted with 20 units only.  I can over look the high price high dollar decor for value with experience. Quality isn't compromised. My second appointment was on a Friday for micro needling with Mary. She explained every step by step. A little discomfort but my philosophy is "No Pain No Gain". On a scale of 1-10 (10 being the highest) on pain it was about a 3. Today is Sunday, my skin feels tighter and some peeling has started. My skin is looking better. More...

I had botox here so I can not speak for the LASIK. Staff was very friendly. There was this one woman who decided to play loud music on speaker from her phone and they politely asked her to take it outside, which was very nice considering it's very rude to play your own music in a doctors office. My wait time was very short and I was in and out within 15 minutes. Will be back in 3 months :) More...
