A lovely hotel with lots of character and directly opposite Hampton Court Palace. I was in room 308 - views over the river. Huge room and I really liked that it had a fridge, safe and coffee machine. I'm only giving it 4 stars as I had to check out at 0600 and there was no provision for an early breakfast and the plug sockets weren't ideally placed next to the bed. More...

Excellent food. Just there for dinner in the Brasserie. All three courses were very good. Very nice. Would definitely go back, maybe in summer, use the outside tables.

Parking is awkward but they can do valet parking. Nice big rooms with very creaky floors - it is a very old building! Great location opposite Hampton Court. Nice choice of breakfast. Only flaw is it took three attempts to get extra milk and tea delivered and the rooms are looking a little worn. However they are planning a refit. Very comfy bed and sofa in the room along with a desk, and free wi-fi. Will happily stay here again. More...

Staying in the room was peaceful and relaxing. Shower mixer didn't have a separate hose that was a bit difficult to wash. However, facilities at the room, included a fridge with mineral water and s coffee pod machine with a selection of coffees . Parking was a bit of challenge though. More...

Staff were friendly and helpful to help make our stay more comfortable during what was a busy period.
The hotel is well located to the river and Hampton court palace and is a great way to take in the beautiful local area.

It's a nice place to bring people as has character, views and location.
Food and drink is good but pricey - to be expected for the area - however they do a three course special for £18 which is good value for money and the staff are very friendly.
Parking is limited, rooms are dated but are still nice, well appointed and they are refurbing.
