My prototypes are incomplete, has errors, and the company won't make the corrections unless I agree and pay thousands of dollars to go to production. It is then they said the corrections will be made. Design wise it doesn't look appealing esthetically in order forbit to be shelf ready. Theseverrors are supposed to be fixed as part of the initial prototype phase. I signed the contract on Feb on 2021 and as of August 6th 2021, I still do not have my items. This company should be ashamed of how they take your money and ruin your dreams of having an idea go from an idea to an actual product. I DO NOT recommend them. More...

I cannot say enough great things about Sonos Product Development. Carl TenBrink and his team have exhibited the highest level of professionalism. They are an extremely talented group and with a focus on client service. The deliverables were produced in a timely, professional and courteous manner. I have been working with Carl for the last couple of months on a toy idea that I've had some several years. Prior to coming to Sonos, I went with another company that talked a lot, but delivered nothing. I was very specific in my vision in my toy and as the project progressed, I had additional revision. Rather then suggest and push a new prototype at additional cost. Carl and team came up with some out of the box solutions and even provided additional ideas that I never thought of in connection with my toy. I'm extremely happy in every way with my dealing with Carl and his team. I would highly recommend his team. It has been night and day between Sonos and the previous company I was working with on this project. I've had the opportunity of working with Sonos on a couple of projects now, and I can't say enough how much I appreciate their input and patience throughout the process. I knew what I wanted, but there were so many additional things I hadn't thought about. It got a bit overwhelming at first, but you can tell they've helped others through these issues many times before. Carl's input and experience was really helpful in getting my design and ideas refined into something that was not only a better prototype, but more affordable for me, which was a big deal because I didn't have an unlimited budget to start with. My husband and I contacted The Sonos Company a few months ago to help us with the design and production of a fashion doll.
We had an idea, a dream and somehow they immediately understood what we were trying to achieve with our doll.
Since that time, we’ve worked with Sonos (Dawn and Carl) very closely and have had an amazing experience with them! They are so professional always and they have assembled a team that is first class all the way, with incredible talent, giving attention to perfecting all the details in the creation of our beautiful doll.

What inspired you to start your own business?
I started Sonos Product Development so I could work on a wide variety of projects so my creativity would not get stuck on just on just one type of product. I learn something new everyday and have met some great some great people and seen some great product ideas along the way.
