Carl's Catering did a fantastic job for our wedding. Bino was very quick to get in touch after my initial inquiry and everything flowed smoothly from there. One of the best features at Carl's is their "All-Inclusive" pricing and "One Stop Shopping". After researching several other venues, I was happy to find Carl's Catering where there were no hidden fees, extra costs, etc. The price that Bino gave me was the total price that we paid per person, which made it easier to plan and budget. More importantly, the price was affordable without sacrificing quality and service. They also included Save the Date magnets, invitations, an awesome DJ, and beautiful decorations in their package! It was such a relief not having to set up the decorations before our wedding, or clean them up after the wedding. The entire experience was stress-free. Now a word about Melissa. She was amazing to work with for all of the planning. She is very knowledgeable, patient and flexible with her schedule. Melissa offered her opinion, showed us samples, and gave us lots of time to think about decisions. She was always on top of deadlines, quick to respond to our emails and phone calls, and always professional. Any bride would be lucky to work with her to plan the perfect wedding day. We just got married at Carl's Catering and it was perfect! we had 126 guests and that was perfect. Our guests cannot stop raving about the venue, service and the food. The all-inclusive wedding package is brilliant and takes a great deal of the stress off of the couple. The kitchen service was impeccable. They were flexible and had great attitudes towards our guests. We felt taken care of from the day we signed the contract all the way to the wedding date. We just had our wedding here and I can't say enough good things about the venue, the staff, and the entire process. From day 1, the staff are so organized, professional, quick to respond, and easy to work with. Melissa truly made the wedding process a pleasure with no stress at all. The venue is a one a stop shop for everything, and our guests are still raving about the beautiful grounds and the unbelievable dinner (hot and delicious). Bino and his staff are truly industry professionals and I cannot express how appreciative we are for everything they did for us and our guests. Attended a friends wedding at this establishment. Was absolutely beautiful! Cosy space but more than big enough to host the outdoor ceremony and the building to host the reception. The staff were great. Fantastic service, did all they could to help and ensured everything ran without a hitch. The food was also fantastic.
