Clear, informative, user-friendly websites. A customer should benefit from visiting your website whether that's from being able to book online or gain important information.
A visually stunning website is also important in grabbing your target audience's attention.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
Your name, email, date of preferred completion, preferred method if contact, what design service are you after.
Describe your creative process.
I will email the client a intake form link that has all the questions needed for each service. Once completed i receive your answers automatically and can get straight to work or contact you if further information is needed. I like to keep my clients up to date on the progress with either text reports or screenshots of current state.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
Name, Number, Email Completion Date, ABN, Business name, business number/email/address/website/social media profile links, hours of operation, prices, services, wow factor, any content to be used online. domain name or preferred, login details to anything you need me to access
What do you love most about your job?
Being able to help give people and there new businesses a chance at succeeding. The reaction when a customer views the final product & feedback given makes all the crazy hours worth it every single time.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Being treated badly at work, being taken for granted and the never ending frustration of not being able to run things the way I though would be beneficial. I knew right then I had to ensure I worked for myself to truly be happy, and one day hire staff and treat them the way I wish I had been treated.
