I love documenting candidly, and most the of the time you won't even realize I am there. I want to document your story.
For couples, the way you interact with each other is how your story unfolds naturally in the images, and I will happily climb mountains, stroll down alleys, run along the sand or relax in your home with you to capture those moments through my eyes.

We met Carla a few months back to complete my daughter's 1st year story after being ripped off elsewhere I was very nervous. As soon as I messaged Carla everything felt so easy despite feeling a little anxious as to what to expect price wise etc. This was all gone the minute we met up the country park. What a lovely professional friendly person. She fraught a balloon for my daughter for Easter which my daughter loved. Carla instantly made us feel at ease and explained that if we do what we normally do she will just snap away. We had amazing photos, if I found Carla before I would have definatly used Carla. I already can't wait to have more shoots with Carla to capture my daughter's milestones, I've booked to have another shoot in Sept as a gift for my mams 50th I've recommended her to all I know and looking forward to booking Carla for Xmas photos and many more! 100percent recommend!!! We chose Carla to capture our wedding day and so glad we did! We met up beforehand (over a cup of tea) to chat about the type of wedding we were having and style of photos we wanted. Neither of us are a fan of having our picture taken so we didn’t want much fuss or hundreds of staged photographs. Carla took on board our comments and captured the day perfectly! She made us feel completely relaxed and comfortable and she captured some lovely moments. The photos look natural and there was good mix of natural and group photos which we wanted. We booked a family outdoor session with Carla, it was so easy to book and she was very accommodating when I needed to change dates! When we got round to having the session, we were so lucky to have the one sunny day we’ve had for ages � Carla made us feel so relaxed, like we’d always known her. What do you love most about your job?
The people I meet and the joy I feel when people receive what I have been able to create. I'm very relaxed around people and I feel that comes across in my images.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After trying different things over the years I realised that it was something I always came back to, something that was a very big part of who I am and it hit me, this is what I should be doing.Two years down the line and I have established a lovely client base and am meeting new, exciting people every week. Suddenly the dreamer figured out her dream.
I am a Self-confessed workaholic. In all honesty, I think I always have been. Always studious, interested to learn more, improve myself, jump over the next hurdle and move on to the next challenge. Every part of my photography journey has been self taught and i'm so proud of how far I have come.
I am in no way your average photographer and I love to have fun and get to know everyone I meet. I love people who have non-traditional ideas and people who love to get creative.
Why should our clients choose you?
I take huge enjoyment capturing the moments that people do not necessarily notice are happening. My style leans more toward photo-journalism and is more of a documented experience of your day/session. I aim for minimal interruption to your day so that people feel at ease, as that is when the perfect images are captured. I don't want to force a smile out of you or your guests, I seek the laughter and the happiness that is found throughout the day.
As well as documenting the rawness, I also like to get creative, and with creativity comes a bit of direction and planning ahead. You want breath taking images at the end of the day and there is so much beauty out there. You'd be surprised how a field full of sheep looks at sunset with a bride and groom sat between them laughing. So alternative and so beautiful.
