I worked for Caring group of America for 2 years! I have worked for other in home care companies and they only cared for the money not the client or caregiver! Caring group of America did not just care about the client and her family they also cared about me the caregiver! The lady I sit with 5 hours a day 6 days a week had dementia. Some days was really hard and I just didnt know if I could do it anymore. On those rare occasions I would call the company and talk with the owner Mrs. Eunice and she always gave me the best advice a pep talk but most of all a prayer to help me and my client and her family. My client got to where she needed more help than what they could give and the hard decision was made for her to be put in a home. I still see that client and everytime that I speak with caring group of America they always ask about her and how she is doing! I would recommend this company for you and your loved ones, family,and friends!! It was a pleasure working for this company! It is hard to find a company that cares about helping others. Although our first experience with them was rough, we were able to be placed with the most phenomenal aide that anyone could ask for. They provide great care for our grandfather and adhere to any complaints I have had with their service. The care staff are very amiable and available any time we need them. Building a relationship with the workers is very easy and they are all very kind and nice. They are even willing to be available outside of their work hours when needed.
