Been doing both Pole and Hoop for a couple of months now wanted to get back into shape after having my daughter. Such a friendly class and fantastic instructor definitely my favourite night of the week and I can see improvement week on week.

Always wanted to do something different and what better then something that isn't very well known. The classes arn't just about being the best it's about building your confidence and trying new things. I've learnt loads since being at inverted fitness and always leave with a pain in my stomach from laughing so much. It's dosnt even feel like exercise when your having so much fun. Natalie is one of the best instructors I've ever worked with. Everyone that goes aswell have become so close, feel like a proper little family. 100% recommended to anyone!!! More...

Natalie is an absolute star; so encouraging and supportive, she has a such a calming nature which is crucial in an instructor. I found that she made me forget about my fear when I was learning a new move and before I knew it I was achieving something new and enjoying it too.
Our loss is Cornwall's gain so make sure you take advantage of Natalie's classes �

Natalie has been part of the team teaching me hoop since I have started back with Claires Pole Fitness earlier this year, after taking a year long break to have a baby. I basically had to start again from scratch!
In Natalie's capable hands (sometimes literally) I have felt safe, encouraged and supported to keep trying out moves and continue improving. Most importantly, Natalie takes a fun and friendly approach and has a great sense of humour, and like most of her students at CPF, I'd consider her a friend as well as an instructor and she will be greatly missed!

Joined hoop with a friend thought I'd suck at it but Nat was very supportive and everyone was very encouraging! We all had a great time, had so much fun I thought I'd have a crack at pole and love that too! Natalie is a great instructor so supportive and encouraging. I can't recommend her highly enough. If you don't know much about Ariel hoop get down to one of Nat's classes you will be surprised at how much fun you have and how quick you build your muscles. Totally gutted she won't be around to help me progress, but Cornwall will benefit from her experience and you lot get to have some Ariel hoop fun with her X More...

I can not praise these wonderful people enough!!!! I LOVE Monday’s now. In my 3 lessons I have achieved more than I could even think possible. On the spur of the moment I decided to try aerial hoop and it was the best decision ever. Four months later I am totally hooked and in the process of working out a routine for a show - who'd have thought it? ! The classes are so much fun, pitched right for every level of ability, you'll make new friends and as a positive by-product improve your strength and confidence. I recommend it to absolutely everyone - if I can make my middle aged, overweight body move round the hoop, anyone can! More...

I have always wanted to do this, so when I saw it advertised I jumped at the chance. I was a little nervous at the first lesson, but I shouldnt have been , as I was warmly welcomed into the class . I was also a bit worried that my size and age would make it difficult for me to do it, but every week it has become easier , as my strength has built up. So if you think like me that you may not be able to do it, please give it a go , as I have fully enjoyed the lessons and all the people involved in the classes have been so encouraging and I have had so much fun. Its exercising but not as you know it... Be prepared to have the most fun and giggles whilst working your body... I love it!! More...

Joined Hoop after my friend has been going on at me for ages to join. I'm not the strongest or most flexible of people and thought i would be rubbish. However I decided to go to the workshop and give it a go. I was really impressed.
I have now been doing hoop for 2 weeks and already doing things I didn't know I could.
Everyone is so welcoming and Natalie is a brilliant teacher. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to get fit or try something new.

I’d been doing pole for two years when I Started with inverted. It’s been so much fun. The best thing about the lesson structure is that it’s open to change and adaption- to suite the mood and strength of each individual that day! Started 6 weeks ago. I have loved every single session. I was so nervous but was made to feel very welcome and become part of an amazing group. In 6 week I’ve learnt more than I could have ever imagined. They are so supportive and makes sure your comfortable with every move. I have made some amazing friends and memories. By far the strangest gym-type class I've tried but also by far the most fun! Nat is an absolute star and her signature blend of sarcasm and innuendo make for hilarious classes and you quickly feel part of the group.

The Inverted Fitness family is all about body positivity and supporting each other, and the classes always have a fantastic atmosphere and a feeling that, despite the inevitable fear of dangling upside down from a high hoop, you can do anything.

Aerial Hoop has changed the way I see fitness, rather than being concerned about how my body looks, I'm now more interested in what my body can do - and that confidence has spread throughout my life, not limited to the hour each week I spend in class.

Highly recommended and well worth a go - even if you're a big old scaredy cat like me �!!

Such an amazing group to be part of, Natalie's ability to make you believe you can do anything is beyond measure, the feeling of being part of a "family" comes as standard to everyone and the desire to help you achieve any goal is wonderful. There aren't enough stars here to show a true measure. Just be prepared to become addicted to spending half your life upside down, there really isn't anything quite like it! More...

I joined a friend at an aerial hoop taster session on a whim. I was convinced I'd be terrible as I have absolutely zilch upper body strength! !
Only a few short months later I do as many classes as I can fit in and I'm doing moves I never imagined I'd be capable of!
My strength and flexibility have both increased, but more importantly I've grown in confidence. The girls at hoop have become such a major part of my life they're all supportive and inclusive.
Natalie and Lyndsay are absolutely brilliant teachers with infinite patience and good humour! They explain things so well and have really helped me achieve everything I wanted to and so much more!
Everyone should give hoop a go....it's honestly the best thing I've ever done!!
