Traditional careers and employability education tends to focus on how to write a CV and prepare for interview. Whilst these are clearly important as part of any job search strategy, they are not the most important things to focus on and form only a very small part of what you can and should be doing.

What do you love most about your job?
I am passionate about helping people find the success in the executive job market they deserve and left my own recruitment business to pursue this passion.
I'm a keen martial artist and using this analogy; through Career Codex I work with executive clients as a trainer, coach and cornerman to help them navigate the job market successfully.

What inspired you to start your own business?
As a consultant and then founding director of my own recruitment business, I have extensive experience on the frontline, acting for both jobseeker and employer.
After many years in the recruitment industry, I realised that the best way to help those looking for a new job or career change, was not to find them a job myself, but to empower them with the right education and training to manage their career both now and in the future.
